Service Based Scholarship Application

      The scholarship committee wants to read more than just a list of what the students have done. While lots of volunteering is very important, what we want to see and hear is what the students have gotten out of the volunteer experience. How have they been impacted by volunteering in the inner city, or spending spring break in a poverty-stricken country in South America with essentially none of the comforts of home? Hopefully they will have learned things about themselves as well as others, and want to “pay it forward” to their own kids later in life.
